DAPP 1.7 XCODE PROJECT AND STORY BOARDEXPORT VIDEO TEASER

Yep, big WOW updates….

Namely this new version of Dapp will automatically generate Xcode Projects and all Storyboards for you ^^…

Of course, best if you check it out yourself below –

Cool huh? ^^

Means Dapp is just that much more powerful and you can create your app, export to Xcode Project with Storyboards and instantly open it on your computer.

Heh, will have to update the old Dapp tutorials for bringing across your code into Xcode Projects…

And before I go, also need to let you know about a little competition we will be holding in the near future.

Details aren’t confirmed but the prize is crazy awesome, over $5,000 worth of free UI, Design and Development work on an app that you have created with Dapp!

Stay tuned ;).

  • Okay, so I tried to export to Xcode…

When building and testing, it stays stuck on a black screen (in the iPhone container if tested on iPad simulator). I suppose that this is the launch image, as I haven’t changed that. When using the home button command (cmd-shift-h) there are two apps with the same name and blank icon (I haven’t changed that either).

The first is universal and uses the same kind of view as the Settings or Mail apps. The list is called master and the right side is called detail. Master is blank, with edit and add buttons. With add there is an item added: the current date and time, +0000. When I press it, the Detail field changes to the same text.

The second gets it back to the first position, with the black screen, and (on iPad) launches in iPhone mode.
